Ability to rename hosts

When looking at the dashboard, sometimes the hostname doesn't make any sense and this can be confusion on which server you're looking at. All of the Services record the hostname, so a translation table is needed where we can grab the hostname and display something else instead.

I do not want to make the end user change the hostname of the server as that could have other unseen consequences.
