Commenting to agree. Found this today for a project I'm working on (as I didn't particularly feel like writing a name list). The names are just used for flavor stuff like "this sword was used by Warton of North Marsh to kill the dragon Demozzt Flameheart" on randomly generated items.

I plan on attributing this repository anyway, but knowing what license the author wants it to be attributed with would be very helpful.
