Add a message to tell the user that where plugins are installed since kn plugins can be installed in either:

  1. The PATH of the user
  2. In the user’s `~/.config/kn/plugins

Either location the user may need to take subsequent action to move or copy plugin to their chosen approach in ~/.config/kn/config.yaml — especially if they change this after running brew
