http://xmlsoft.org/sources/win32/64bit/ used to provide pre-built binaries of libxml2, iconv, and zlib.
But the last available versions are 2.9.3, 1.14, and 1.2.8.
It seems https://download.gnome.org/sources/libxml2/ does no longer provide pre-built Windows binaries.
Are the pre-built Windows binaries published somewhere else now, or if not can it be considered to publish them here as artifacts of the releases?
For someone not having the VS toolchain available, it is a bit "unhandy" requiring to build from source.
