Bugs in uBlock Origin

Describe the bug
I've been encountering two very annoying bugs in uBlock Origin.

1. When using element picker mode on uBlock Origin, the browser jumps on the last opened tab, instead of the desired tab. So you have to manually look for the tab where it's active.

2. When using the logger, the list of opened tabs does not get updated. Closed tabs still show up and make the list longer and unreadable. Closing uBlock and starting it doesn't work.

To Reproduce
Element picker bug:

1. open at least 3 tabs
2. go to 1st/2nd tab; open uBO & select element picker mode
3. the browser will jump to last opened tab, while element picker is active on 1st/2nd tab

Logger bug:

1. open a few tabs
2. open uBO, select logger and check tab list
3. close some tabs or add some
4. check the tab list again

Expected behavior
Element picker bug:
The browser should jump back to the page where uBO was opened from.

Logger bug:
The tab list should be updated whenever a tab is closed or opened.

Additional context
Refreshing doesn't help with the logger bug. Even closing uBO and reopening doesn't help. Encountered both on Tablet & Mobile.

The element picker bug might have something to do with the fact that in new Kiwi new URLs are opened at the end of tab list (bug?) instead of right after the tab where it was opened from (like in old Kiwi).
