我看现在ffmpeg还没支持av3a, 但是有支持了avs3，我可以先支持下avs3。

avs3说实话软解耗费性能，只有mac能跑的动，还是支持av3a靠谱，几大平台都能用，毕竟音频编码器，软解用不了多少性能，看到作者核心也是ffmpeg6.1和肥羊提供的av3a源码6.1版本保持一致
