missing WXD

For me, working in Windows, I cannot get the build of whdgen working with Visual Studio as is. I did some changes but it is currently not building. Could any nice sole upload the compressed doom1.wxd together with the built Pico images to make it easier for people to try this out and get interested.

@mwedmark I got it build last night... here are the files that worked for me :) This is off of the current rp2040 branch.

There are also built files under the releases on github, but i'm not sure how outdated those are, seems to be back from march.
