Reserve original context menu of windowchrome or add a custom one.

Run SukiUI.Demo, Right Click Titlebar

As we use a custom window, we do not aim to replicate a standard window behavior, and trying to do so will be annoying especially for different langages.

However, I think it might be a good idea to have a "contextmenu" property in SukiWindow, so people's can set their own contextmenu options for the titlebar.
