Progress bar for diagram layout status #194

I would want that the different stages of visualizing the diagram are in the vs code status bar.

I suggest the following status bar messages.

Requesting Layout

Finished Layout

Begin Sending

Received View Model

Finished SVG

This are just the general messages I want to have the exact wording should be discussed.
