After completing the tutorial, I'm now applying the method to an internal dataset where we want to test the association of factors with a numeric variable in our metadata. Everything works fine, but when I use the plot_donor_matrix function to generate the heatmap of donors with metadata annotations, the legend of my numeric variable is represented as if it were numeric, creating a large and unreadable legend. Please take a look at the example attached here.
It would be great if numeric variables were represented as color gradients instead. Is there a way to adjust this?
Thanks a lot!
