[FEATURE] assign priority to input/output devices resp. ports

As I'm moving between locations, the sound devices are disappearing and re-appearing, in changing configurations, so that it would be nice to assign priorities to all devices (or ports), so that the sound is by default redirected to the available device/port with the highest priority (input independently from output of course).

Currently (and independently from the device chooser) AFAICJ the system always falls back to some "random" default in case the chosen device disappears.
