Document "alt" for Cloudinary Image

alt-String- displays an alternate text for an image, if the image cannot be displayed.

The Field Type context option has not been implemented yet.

Field Type context or alt are not implemented. If they were they appear to have been removed. Maybe it makes sense to reopen keystonejs/keystone#1735 as we can't document a feature that doesn't exist.

Am I missing their implementation somewhere?
