There are significant rendering/templating issues around email generation that it may be useful to address in the framework. Eg. inlining styles, etc.

@JedWatson's sure this is a big enough and common enough problem to be addressed by Keystone. Others are unconvinced.

We now have the @keystone-alpha/email package (which wraps the keystone-email package) to help with this.
