Unable to align CloudinaryImages within Content field

Clicking a CloudinaryImage no longer displays options for left/center/right alignment.

To Reproduce

Interestingly, if you highlight the image, the options appear:

But then weirdness happens with where the + appears (ie; not on the line below)

It looks like there hasn't been any activity here in over 6 months. Sorry about that! We've flagged this issue for special attention.
