Describe the bug

When we create a new workspace from the dashboard, it doesn't automatically show up in our list after sucessful creation.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to platform app
  2. From the sidebar, click on the workspace dropdown
  3. Click on add workspace
  4. Enter the name and add the workspace
  5. After the workspace creation is done, the dropdown context switches to use the new workspace
  6. Click on the dropdown again
  7. Notice that the new workspace name doesn't appear in there.

Expected behavior

The new workspace should come up in the dropdown list
