State reactivity failures

We're experiencing issues with state reactivity in the Kendraio App.

• Including the Cypress test on the Angular 16 upgrade branch (Investigate possible Angular 16 state reactivity bug in "It should display saved workflows" #429), and similar issues with Angular 15.
• Inconsistencies in state management within and across Blocks during these failures.
• Potential investigation paths: (Document how Flows run #436) Reviewing Angular's change detection mechanism and its integration with our Blocks, and exploring alternative state management strategies.

This issue aims to establish a clear picture of the reactivity problems and help find sensible directions for resolving them.

Form Block
I have a form submit button that will only fire once, and won't function again until the page has been refreshed. Does anyone know why this would happen and how to deal with it?
