I’d like to submit a feature request for a more efficient way to exclude all expired entries from the HIBP report, ideally without requiring manual edits for each individual entry.
I recently started using KeePassXC and noticed that expired passwords are also included in the HIBP report. Currently, the only way to exclude these passwords from the report is to manually open each expired entry, go to the 'Advanced' menu, and select 'Exclude from database reports.'
With around 600 passwords in total and nearly 100 of them expired, this method isn’t practical. Although exporting all expired entries to a new database is possible, that’s really only a workaround.
One possible approach would be to add a separate option in the settings to automatically exclude expired entries from the HIBP report. Alternatively, a checkbox could be included directly in the HIBP report itself, allowing users to hide all expired entries at once.
This feature would make the process much more efficient, especially for users with a large number of entries.
