Utility bar icons should animate when changing between ‘single’ and ‘comparison’ modes

Description

When moving between ‘single’ and ‘comparison’ modes, the icons change. Currently they just hard switch between states. As in the prototype, then icons should move left and right, and appear as if through the lens on the utility bar background.

Acceptance criteria

• The icons should move left and right, in/out of view, animating with easing (see curve to the right)
• When toggle is activated, the icons on single mode move to the right, out of sight. At the same time, the icons from comparison mode move in from the left.
• The icons move back in the opposite direction when toggling from comparison back to single view.
