As a result of kedro-plugins (at least kedro-datasets) moving faster and following https://endoflife.date/python
Kedro-Viz needs to be in sync with kedro-datasets

For future reference, Kedro-Datasets follows https://numpy.org/neps/nep-0029-deprecation_policy.html
