Proposal

Add unsafeSsL parameter in the InfluxDB scaler, usnafeSsl disables SSL certificate verification. Use when connecting over HTTPS with a self-signed certificate.

Use-Case

This could be useful for internal self-signed certificates or for internal CA signed certificates in order to troubleshoot or using it for testing.

Anything else?

I have already a fork with the parameter, I could make a PR if you find also this feature useful.
