Clinspacy fails to install without specifying channel #12

On Windows 10 64 bit with intel i7
This fails to find package spacy, comments note that pip fails to build on Windows

Potential fix:

reticulate::conda_install(envname = 'clinspacy', 'spacy==2.3.0',forge = TRUE, pip=FALSE)

Have not tested
