From the R/qtl discussion group:

I'm trying to visualize the super useful R/qtlcharts through an iPython Notebook using rpy2.ipython (R magic). Any idea on how to do it?

There is no output when I do
%%R -w 700 -h 1000
iplotMap(cross)
