Partner list not show; add field for phone numbers

Dear Zahra,

Thank you for contributing this app to the cloud. Our library is trying to use the app to print out patron addresses for the book delivery service. However, there is an issue as it does not show the partner's list after I added the sender's information in the setting.
I also suggest adding a field for the phone numbers of recipients because the postman will contact them via phone numbers to deliver a book's package.
