Registry fails to register in Kasm

Hello,

I have successfully built and deployed a next / nginx version of the workspace registry instead of deploying on github pages.
However the registration fails while the registry itself seems to be perfectly equivalent of github pages version.

Is there any reason for this? Is there a block or unresolved expectation from Kasm? I cant see any error messages giving any info.
