Describe the bug
The sessions are unable to load. When I click "Launch Session", an error pops up saying to contact administrator as the session could not be loaded or it doesn't throw any errors at all.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to "app.kasmweb.com"
  2. Click on 'Brave/ Edge/ any browser'
  3. Scroll down to 'Launch Session'
  4. See error

Expected behavior
The web browser session is supposed to open.

  • OS: MacOS
  • Browser Firefox

  • sudo docker info
  • sudo docker ps | grep kasm

You should check the error logs and see if it is reporting anything specific. They are visbile via the UI or you can shell into your Kasm Server or Kasm Agent server in a multi-server deployment and check the logs as you run a test.

sudo docker logs -f kasm_agent
