gpt-rewrite with inline-diff: cannot enter interactive mode

• I have updated gptel to the latest commit and tested that the issue still exists

Bug Description

I would like to try the new inline-diff feature of gpt-rewrite. But I cannot enter the interactive mode.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a buffer and enter a text like "Lorem ipsumom dolor sit amet, consetetur sadipscing elitr, sed diam nonumy eirmod tempor invidunt ut labore et dolore magna aliquyam erat, sed diam asvoluptua."
2. Mark the region and run gptel-rewrite
3. d - set the instruction to "Proofread:"
4. r - rewrite. Not the text is replaced
5. Now run gptel--rewrite-inline-diff (I have to do this because if I press RET, the option inline-diff is not shown in the action menu)

7. The diff is displayed correctly, but there is no interactive accept/reject.

Additional Context

Emacs Version: 29.4 on ARM Mac

I used the exact snippet as in Rewrite-Addons
