Readme is out of date for deploy_method

the method is now method. The console print outs have it correct but it would still be nice to fix the readme up.

Come on guys, the BASIC usage of the extension can't be outdated in the readme!

Lost at least two hours because of this. There are two pull requests for this. Just merge them please.

I think the problem is that middleman-deploy is still sitting on the fence between middleman 3 and 4. I think for now the README should clarify that this method has changed and you have to use the prerelease version to use it with middleman 4.

Then maybe it will be better to use a non-default branch (like develop) for the development of the version 4 compatible and keep master with the latest stable release code (and readme).
