Menu text not showing In OpenWebStart

As the title says, some menus doesn't appear.
This does not happen with oracle's javaws

Can you go to the OpenWebStart settings and under Logging set the console to "show".
Then retry. Other users have reported that showing the console has an effect on the menus

Still happens with the console open 😞

I'm afraid not. This happens with "https://www.connectwise.com/software/control" and I cannot give credentials for it :/
Maybe you guys could try it via trial and check if it works.. other than that, I'm afraid I can't help.
