vim was added new option in 8.2.0953, see patch 8.2.0953: spell checking doesn't work for CamelCased words · vim/vim@362b44b

This options support vim native CamelCase spell check.

I think spelunker is need to manage handing to spell check and option status (option disable or skip spelunker specific CamelCase check code).

As first, above things to need to be research.

It is slow progress OK :-).
