A function called new_taxonomy() should be defined to import whole taxonomies from taxlist objects. Candidate parameters are:

  • schema to use the function for syntaxonomies, as well.
  • taxonomy with the new name and also used as cross-check, in the case that the taxonomy is existing.
  • object as the input taxlist object
