Still, an option to expand the details for all notifications would be handy to have. |
Of course, I will check the current issues and fix them. This extension will stay available. |
If this setting is the one also known as "Show Message Content in Popups", then it's been available since at least GNOME 3.32 (which I have running in a VM right now), and its dconf key is Unfortunately, it only expands notification popups, and leaves notifications in the message tray un-expanded. |
Hello,
I just wanted to inform you, that Gnome has this feature built in now.
Go to Settings -> Notifications -> Select any application -> Enable "Show notification details on banner"
I am not sure when they implemented this. I could not find any news on that.
I just found it by chance.
I am using Gnome 42.2
