We can disable driver autoprobe for sriov functions to save the un-needed unbind of driver before switching to switchdev during boot

echo 0 > /sys/bus/pci/devices/PCI_DBDF_OF_PF/sriov_drivers_autoprobe
echo XXX > /sys/bus/pci/devices/PCI_DBDF_OF_PF/sriov_numvfs
Restore drivers autoprobe
echo 1 > /sys/bus/pci/devices/PCI_DBDF_OF_PF/sriov_drivers_autoprobe
bind VF to driver : echo <PCI_DBDF_OF_PF> > sys/bus/pci/drivers_probe
