task chart:create fails on macOS

I just tried creating a new chart, but it seems go-replace is broken on macOS, showing this behavior: golang/go#49425

I'd assume the issue would be fixed by compiling it with a newer Go version, but the project seems abandoned and there hasn't been a new release since 2017: https://github.com/webdevops/go-replace/releases/tag/1.1.2

I'm sure we will have to find a better tool for this.

installing go-replace with go install github.com/webdevops/go-replace@latest makes a working binary in ~/go/bin/go-replace, so copy it to .bin/go-replace. Maybe k8s-at-home could host a working binary for the time being?
