Serenity.framework/Serenity (No such file or directory)

i have follow all the steps and when i make the command
lipo -info Serenity.framework/Serenity
it gives me the following error
"fatal error: /Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Toolchains/XcodeDefault.xctoolchain/usr/bin/lipo: can't open input file: Serenity.framework/Serenity (No such file or directory)
"

so any help??!!
