[BUG] bing explicit error: value: Throttled; message: Request is throttled

Describe the bug

bing explicit error: value: Throttled; message: Request is throttled error pops up even after i add cookie from new account.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error

Expected behavior

It should work fine

I have the exact same issue:

I actually opened a thread #268 regarding it and, due to no response, I was thinking that I might be the only one having it. Hopefully it will be solved soon.

mine is worse, my cookies don't even load, gives me an "Error:" and nothing on the logs

For said case all you have to do is export the cookie and initiate the program while you have chrome (and the bing chat url) opened, that way Sydney identifies the cookie. Either way the "Request is throttled" still appears (at least for me)

Given the new states of affairs that this presents, should I consider the end of this amazing project due to the changes made by Bing?
