An agent node should be able to be bootstrapped on a host node, and connect back to an existing UDS RKE2 server installation. Arguments for this agent "flavor" Zarf package should be comprehensive and allow a delivery engineer to customize the agent's role within the overall UDS RKE2 cluster (e.g., role, annotations, etc.).

Given a UDS RKE2 server cluster node exists
When a delivery engineer wants to install an agent on a different node
Then the UDS RKE2 Zarf package agent "flavor" creates an agent that connects to the original server node
