Forked _away_ from parinfer-rust

On March 26th, I disconnected my fork of parinfer-rust from https://github.com/eraserhd/parinfer-rust.

I did this for a few reasons:

1. At the time of this writing, @gagbo has had an open PR on the repo for 6+ months, indicating that the project has entered a hibernating status. Given that the PR that was opened aimed to address Emacs' compatibility issues with several lisps, this is blocking bug fixes from being possible.
2. For the foreseeable future, this is the only repo I am going to maintain compatibility with. If you wish to use https://github.com/eraserhd/parinfer-rust, you will have to pin parinfer-rust-mode to version 0.8.x.
3. Any issues that come up due to my fork should be filed here and not on upstream.
4. Opening PRs on this repo is onerous because they default to upstream instead of master. This means, I've spammed https://github.com/eraserhd/parinfer-rust, with several PRs that I've had to close because they didn't belong there (yet)

With that said should parinfer-rust want, I am still happy to upstream any changes made here.

However, as a maintainer of parinfer-rust-mode, I think I would like it if parinfer-rust the library was split off such that I could require it in my project config for parinfer-rust-emacs rather than maintaining an entire fork of the project. I haven't proposed this to upstream yet, because I haven't had the time to do the work to make this possible.

This also means that the repo will be renamed from parinfer-rust to parinfer-rust-emacs to hopefully help users a bit more when they run into issues. It's being delayed for now because it might break the automatic download system and I am not ready for that.

Oh, and I think in the settings, you can disconnect the fork.

My bad. Github being github, there's no way to do so, besides deleting the repo and recreating it

You first inclination was right, it is possible, just not from the repository itself. Instead, it needs to be done through a support ticket: https://support.github.com/request/fork
