Jupyter home page not displaying completely

Hi - I've made it through all of the set-up steps until the testing using the Jupyter Notebook. When I run "jupyter notebook" command, I get a window to pop up but the full screen does not display - see attached screen shot.

If you haven't already, try running jupyter in another browser, preferably Chrome. Also double check that javascript is enabled, clear your browser cache and also try running the notebook in an incognito window. You can just paste the start up URL with the token into the browser window and it will try to load jupyter notebook.

If you are still experiencing problems, try updating Anaconda by running conda update conda from the command line. Then update jupyter by running conda update jupyter. Let me know if you continue to have problems.
