Description

When generating code with ChatGPT, as of this morning, the output may start with a language indicator: triple-backtick python, for example. This is not stripped out of the output as a simple triple-backtick would be (see #59).

Reproduce

  1. Generate Python code with ChatGPT
  2. Observe '```python' prefix on output

Expected behavior

Language selector prefix is absent.
