Jupyter 7 is a complete mess.

Jupyter 7 made my favourite Jupyter notebook the worst workspace to work with. Please resolve the bounty of bugs in 7.x otherwise like Colab Jupyter too would start losing users (I am saying this with so much of pain). I am reverting back to 6.5 🙏🏻
