Could we have an ImageMap widget? That is, an Image widget that can catch click events with coordinates? And maybe follow links?

Maybe that is some interactivity we could add directly to the Image widget?

Much of the code needed for this is in https://github.com/mwcraig/ipyevents ; I'm happy to have that stay where it is or to have pieces of it moved into here.

I agree, though, that having some really basic interactivity for images would be nice.
