For anyone like me stumbling on this in Google, a workaround to silence Gurobi right now is to simply pass OutputFlag=0 to the solver constructor, so:

Gurobi.Optimizer(OutputFlag=0)

or

with_optimizer(Gurobi.Optimizer; OutputFlag=0)
