Is honeywell 20p supportted?

This should probably be added to the README. While the envisalink module can wotk with either DSC or Honeywell panels, the API (and TPI codes) are different. AlarmServer is for DSC panels.

There are forks of AlarmServer for Honeywell. I'm not familiar with them. The first one I found when searching github is https://github.com/MattTW/HoneyAlarmServer.

I don't know if any of the Honeywell forks are new enough to be based on the work to use the Python Tornado web framework. Juggie's AlarmServer was upgraded to use the Tornado framework within the last 2 years.
