Update deno package to latest?

There seems to be some performance and bug improvements since 0.0.10, would be nice to take advantage of those in Deno.

Hi @tmikaeld ,

That's for raising this.
I noticed that the webhook to publish to deno.land/x was wrong.
I fixed it but I don't think that there it a way for me to re-send all the notifications to deno.land for versions 0.11 to 0.20.
I'll try to look a bit more into this.

In the meantime, maybe you could try loading the latest directly from GitHub?
