nozzle command should have a non-interactive mode

It'd be great to have a non-interactive mode on the plugin to make it easier to operate programmatically or to operate in a shell pipeline. Right now I have to do something like echo "6" | cf nozzle | grep cell_ to get all the value metrics emitted by the cells in my Diego deployment, for example.

Anyway, nice work on the plugin, and thanks for releasing it! It's great to have to tap into the firehose: I'm using it right now to do acceptance on https://www.pivotaltracker.com/story/show/103617076. 😃
