La idea de implementar el hook es evitar la dependencia que existe entre el componente y el servicio

Esto nos dara escalabilidad, porque nos da la aperturar de integrar lib de alertas, loading, manejadores de errores, interceptors de peticiones entre otros buenos beneficios como el testear el request

este es un ejemplo de como se implemento para obtener todas las ciudades
