Variables declared with S9(4) COMP and S9(7) COMP-3 are recognized properly as Numeric_Binary and Numeric_COmP-3 and size is populated correctly

Variables declared with 9(4) COMP and 9(7) COMP-3 are NOT recognized properly. They are of type Numeric and size shows as 1 only.
