Will be nice that Panels provides scroll capabilities on it's own, so you can implement a long menu on a panel which scrolls independently of the page content and scrolling. The idea is to be able to implement something similar to facebook or youtube android apps menus, where you open the menu (in this case jQM Panel) and you are able to scroll within the menu whiteout affecting the entire page scrolling that you see on the right side.
