New name/phrase

Firstly, thank you for trying to use, forking and improving the original monthpicker. I'm very glad for that!

But once you created a new project based on my code, I'd like to ask you if you can change, if not the name, at least the phrase: "Monthpicker, the missing JQuery UI widget.".
