String and String-Substitution Attribute Values only support #inline highlighting. Due to the complexity of detecting block level wikitext inside of the string block, the end-marker can be interpreted as a "hardlinebreak start" ("""), or a "codeblock start" (```).

The strings can still contain block-level wikitext, and often do in the core. They will be parsed as appropriate, but only the #inline syntax will be highlighted.

Might be fixable.
